Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Payment confirms your agreement to these terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Packages

  • Session packages (e.g., 5 Reiki or Intuitive Readings) are non-refundable once the first session is used.

  • Sessions in a package can be scheduled individually at your convenience, within the valid time period.
